Coming Soon! Benefit from unlimited telephone support for your entire site. ICS&M estimate that 75 - 80% of faults are resolved over the telephone.Whether you have 1 computer or 100 computers, you can take advantage of our Telephone Support contract. You will have access to our support engineers Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:30pm, and in the event that we are unable to help you over the telephone we can offer you the option of Remote Support or an Onsite Call-out. The Telephone Support contract will cost £5.00+vat per month and is payable by direct debit. If you do not have a direct debit already setup with ICS&M there will be a £10+vat setup fee. |
