An engineer will provide remote assistance via telephone or remote connection to you computer. You will also benefit from discounted call outs. There are two remote contracts available, please see the benefits of each contract below:
Remote contracts cover computers and not entire sites. For example if you have five computers you will need a contract per computer. The ICSM.store 1gb online data backup is not limited to 1gb. Upgrades are easily provided and charged per additional gb required. Remote contracts are available from £5.47+vat per month per computer.
