Telephone Support: We do not provide machine automated support!  You can contact an engineer during business working hours via telephone or email if you prefer.

Security Scanning: Our servers have anti-virus and anti-spam software installed which will block harmful and bulk emails from your pop mailboxes.  This is not a replacement for security software on your local computer, however it will help in the constant battle against attacks.

Multi-Server Systems: Having maintained computer hardware since 1990, we have built and installed multiple Intel based rack mount servers into our local data centre.  This allows us to cope with expansion, maintain system uptime and realise virtual servers.
