Our experienced engineers carry tools, diagnostics software and spare parts with them at all times, which increases repair turn around times and minimses system down time. In the event that our engineer cannot fix the fault onsite we can either book the faulty item into our workshop or return with the parts required. If you make the wise decision to take out a maintenance contract we will also leave you with a loan unit to keep you running for the repair duration.
We can also provide installation and configuration of servers, computers, laptops, printers, peripherals, networks and broadband. In fact there is not much that we cannot tackle.
Many faults can be resolved without an engineer even seeing the faulty computer. With the help of an Internet gateway our engineers can take control of your server or desktop computer and resolve issues, perform maintenance or make configuration changes to your system. Without the need to travel to site this reduces diagnosis time and costs. To gain access to our remote support you will require a pin number which is provided by the support engineers. Simply call to arrange a convenient time, click on the remote support link and enter the pin.
ICSM have a comprehensive workshop which allows our engineers to carry out repairs to component level.
This means that we do not farm out repairs to other companies which takes the repair out of our control and loses valuable time.
We have also invested in software which allows us to resolve faults such as virus and spyware infection, Windows system recovery and data recovery.
A large stock of parts means that we are able to turn around quick repairs, but if another part is required we have access to most manufacturers parts via our supplier contacts.
All Workshop repairs come with a 90 day warranty.
