Obviously if you're not using the CompanyWeb site, you don't want every users' IE Home Page set to it either:
Windows SBS User Policy - User Configuration > Policies > Windows Settings > Internet Explorer Maintenance > URLS > Important URLs
Change the Home Page URL
OR
Uncheck "Customize Home Page URL":
